If you’ve disconnected QuickBooks Online from Datatrixs, here are two easy options to reconnect and continue leveraging your client data.
Option 1: Reconnect Automatically on Login
- Automatic Prompt
After disconnecting QuickBooks Online, simply log back into Datatrixs. You’ll be automatically prompted to reconnect with the screen below:
- Add Company
Click “Save & Continue” and you’ll see the following screen:
Click “Add Company” under the Intuit QuickBooks logo to proceed.
- Connect to QuickBooks
On the next screen, click “Connect to QuickBooks,” which will redirect you to the Intuit QuickBooks login page:
- Login & Select Company
Sign in to your QuickBooks account and select the company you wish to reconnect to Datatrixs. The screen will look like this:
Search for and select your company, then click “Next.”
- Finalize Setup
You will be directed to Step 3 of the company setup in Datatrixs. Click “Let’s Get Started” and voilà! You’re ready to start analyzing your client data again.
Option 2: Reconnect via Settings
- Access Settings
Click on your name or email at the top-right corner of the screen, then select Settings from the dropdown:
- Manage Integrations
On the Settings page, navigate to Manage Integrations:
- Add Company
Under QuickBooks Online, click “Add Company”:
- Connect to QuickBooks
Next, click “Connect to QuickBooks” and follow the instructions to log into your Intuit QuickBooks account. You will see the login screen below:
- Login & Select Company
After signing in, you’ll be able to select the company you want to connect. Search and choose your company, then click “Next”:
- Finalize Setup
You’ll be taken to Step 3 of the company setup in Datatrixs. Click “Let’s Get Started” to complete the process. Now, you’re ready to gain insights from your client data once again!
Both methods are quick and easy, ensuring a smooth reconnection to QuickBooks Online.
